PROPOSALS
Move 1.1 k from account 5841(Software License) to 1157 (Teacher Hourly) For PLC’s and PD’s that were taken over the summer.
Move 1.1k will be moved to 1157 (Teacher Hourly) from account 5841.
*In Account 5841 (Software License) we have $17815.00 these monies were originally allocated for Achieve 3000 and Rewards Program. We will not purchase Rewards this year cost, since price is much higher than anticipated. Achieve 3000 is $16,375.00. Monies left over after purchasing Achieve 3000 is $1,440.
Move $270 from 1157 to create a new budget string for software. *See below for details.
The left-over monies after moving 1.1k to 1157 (Teacher Hourly) is $340. We would like to purchase Sign Up Genius which is an online software tool that will assist with scheduling and planning for Phase 1 instruction. The cost is $270 for the year.
Move to cancel Sports for Learning.
Recommendation is made to not purchase due to the possibility of us not being on campus to play sports this year, and lack of follow-through with company.
We allocated $6,900 for this program in account 5853 (Contracted Svcs Less than $25k) We would like to move the monies over to 1157(Teacher Hourly) to increase amount in that budget string to pay Teachers for Phase 1 Instruction and tutoring.
